Thomas Alva Edison (Thomas Edison)
He was born on February 11, 1847 and died on October 18, 1931.
He was an American inventor, scientist and businessman who developed many devices that influenced all the world, as the electric light bulb.
Edison is considered one of the most prolific inventors in history, holding 1093 patents in his name.
Edison is said: "Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration."
